"Rachel Cinco" is a private assistant app run by Ezra Shively for his own use. It is not a public service: the only Google account authorized to use it is rachelmcinco@gmail.com, which Ezra controls.
Data is used only to help Ezra with his own email and scheduling, at his request. It is processed on a device Ezra owns and by the AI model provider the assistant uses to understand and write text. It is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used to train models.
Access tokens are stored encrypted on Ezra's own device. Sending email, deleting, and sharing files are blocked in the software.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
